Visiting this website

This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics and no advertising. Fonts and images are served from our own server; nothing is loaded from third parties.

When you open the site, our web server automatically records technical data in its log files: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. We use this data only to run the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted automatically after 14 days.

The server is provided by DigitalOcean, LLC and located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. DigitalOcean processes this data on our behalf.

Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we use your message and contact details to reply and, where it applies, to take steps towards working together (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Our email is hosted by Google (Google Workspace). We keep emails as long as the conversation requires and as long as statutory retention periods oblige us to.

Links to social media

This website links to our profiles on Instagram, X and LinkedIn. These are plain links: nothing is sent to these platforms until you click one. After that, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing that is based on our legitimate interests. Simply write to info@thechampionsagency.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or where we are established.
